The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed. It had two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family with kids. the sliding door easily separated the bedroom from the rest of the apartment, adding convenience. the kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. the Wi-Fi and TV worked flawlessly, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. the owner even welcomed us with complimentary drinks and cookies, making us feel truly valued. the location was great, not too far from the city center, and there was a parking place available. it was a perfect experience and we highly recommend staying at Villa Del Arte.
Nothing at all ☺

We had a comfortable stay in Nuremberg right by supermarket and deli and bakery and bars and city centre. Suburban location, twin bedroom. In fact, it had setting in a neighborhood. Everything was simply great.

cleanliness and location were great. villa del arte was a lovely suburban retreat - close to the city centre. we got local insights from the hosts and enjoyed the private parking. the well-equipped apartment made us feel at home, and the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Artistic Theme: Staying at Apartments Villa Del Arte was like immersing myself in a vibrant art gallery. Each apartment was uniquely themed after famous artists like Monet, Gaudi, Magritte, and Keith Haring. It felt as though I had stepped into a masterpiece, surrounded by creative inspiration.
Cleaning Issue.

I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for a city break. The staff helped me find places to shop, and the rooms have everything I need – free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV, and an outdoor dining area.

The apartments at Villa Del Arte are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I loved having a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some units even have a kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the room made me feel right at home.
One thing I didn't particularly like was that in some units, you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. However, I understand that some people might still find it convenient.

Mind-blowing kitchen equipped with more utensils than a bachelor's kitchen, including consumables like oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Super convenient parking on the street. Jaw-dropping entertainment options with toys and board games for the whole family. Stayed long term and loved every moment. Free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area, and cots if needed.

The large windows flooded my room with sunlight while maintaining total privacy - mind-blowing! I was thrilled to find a variety of books and toys for entertainment, and the community playground right outside the apartment was a super bonus. The spacious kitchen gave me ample space to cook breakfast after a refreshing jog to the nearby supermarket. The quiet suburban location with private parking was jaw-dropping and the 5-minute walk to the tram terminus was so convenient. I loved having a local Pizza takeaway just around the corner. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, including basic cooking essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar - a pleasant surprise. The availability of free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area, and cots. The place was incredibly clean with friendly and helpful staff, and the proximity to public transportation and a great Greek take-away added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. Highly recommend for a long-term stay!

We had a fantastic 12-night stay at this apartment. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had all the necessary facilities. The building was well maintained and had interesting architecture. The dedicated outdoor parking made it easy for us to park our rental car. The location was great, as it was in a very quiet neighborhood and only a couple of minutes' drive to a supermarket. Additionally, it was a convenient stroll to the number 4 tram, which took us to the beautiful old town.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
